Reverend Willie D. McClendon, Jr. has been the Pastor of Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church since 1996. Prior to that he was the Pastor of Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church, Mulberry, Florida for seven years. He has been  
a pastor for 16 years and preaching for 25. Reverend McClendon is married to First Lady Lois McClendon and is father to sons Ronald and Joseph, daughter-in-law, Nina and Grandson, Trevor.

He holds a theology degree from the Florida Theological Seminary and Cultural Institute, Lakeland, Florida, and an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management from St. Petersburg College, St 
Petersburg, Florida. Pastor McClendon has also attended numerous leadership and management courses. He is the recipient of many spiritual, community, and civic awards; certificates and letters of appreciation.

Pastor McClendon was the co-chairman of Faith and Action for Strength Together (FAST) from 2006-2009. The mission of FAST is to engage people of diverse faiths in a process of listening, education, action, and reflection in order to powerfully address community issues. It has 29 member congregations, representing 50,000 people, located throughout Pinellas County, that are diverse in their socio-economic, racial, denominational, and geographic background.
